I found this book very helpful to help guide my work with individuals with these symptoms. Feeling stuck and focusing on tertiary issues seems to be common amongst staff, and this book shows a way to focus on goals while aiding in relief of confusion, anxiety, and anger associated with these symptoms. The only thing I did not like was the price.
