I think what impressed me most is the book is not just someone's idea of what should or could be done. But rather it is based on research. Then Ms. Vitasek takes you through a step by step process on how to think differently to ensure the value you receive equals the value you expected. This is a well written book that gives you solid take a ways. Ms. Viasek doesn't diminish the book with unachievable results like other books on the topic. This is a different approach that I believe will be the next way people approach long term strategic relationships!
